Canadore College, North Bay

Residence is a great way to meet new people and make lifelong friends. It provides not only a place to live, but also a welcoming and safe environment where you can get involved and grow within the community.

OEC participated in the design build construction of Canadore College’s 1st 4-bedroom apartment style residence complex (pictured). OEC has a long standing relationship with Canadore’s construction and redevelopment department and has served as the electrical contractor on many academic expansion phases and was the prime contractor on the 44KV substation redevelopment project for the shared Canadore College-Nipissing University Education Centre Main Campus.
