UHN TRI Bickle Centre - Infrastructure Upgrade and Dialysis Project, Toronto

The scope of work included extensive mould remediation; an extensive refresh to interior finishes, millwork, plumbing and electrical fixtures in most patient, clinical and administration areas; renovations to create a new 14 bed nocturnal dialysis unit; replacement of existing sealed glazing unit to all exterior curtain walls and window units; replacement of existing perimeter HVAC induction units; new medical gas system; and the removal and recladding of the facilities’ existing cavity wall masonry cladding system. Completion May 2020.
